We noticed that some AHA Campers recently made an appearance on the cover of Go! Drive & Camp Magazine, Issue #66 (April–May 2025).
This issue features a captivating reader story about an overland journey through the wild and varied landscapes of Angola. The adventure was organised by a specialist tour operator and took travellers deep into some of the country’s most remote and beautiful regions. From forgotten provinces and wild riverbanks to coffee plantations, baobab forests, dramatic rock formations, and towering waterfalls.
Among the convoy was a group of bakkies fitted with AHA Transformer slide-on campers. This proves, once again, that our camper units are built for true adventure. Angola’s rugged roads, remote campsites, and constantly changing scenery offered the perfect setting to showcase the versatility and durability of the AHA Transformer in real-world conditions.
Whether navigating pothole-strewn tracks, camping by rivers with hippos grunting in the distance, or setting up camp at the base of Angola’s famous Pedras Negras rock formations, these campers held their own. It’s always rewarding to see AHA products out in the wild, supporting travellers as they explore some of Africa’s most incredible destinations.
